Shatkora
from £8.75Cooked with traditional herbs, spices, potatoes and shatkora – a Bangladeshi dried citrus fruit that gives the sauce a unique zest.
Garlic Chilli Massala

Our story
Cooking the way we cook at home
NUR is a family-run Indian restaurant on Edlington Lane. The kitchen cooks Bangladeshi dishes the way they are made at home – handi pots simmering slowly, naga chillies ground fresh, shatkora citrus for zest – alongside the classic curries everyone knows.
We use quality British-sourced ingredients, cook every dish to order, and pack takeaways in reusable containers so they can be used again at home.
